Can anyone give me a rough guide into how low this Civic is?

More than likely coilovers mate but it is defo lower than 30 is probably guess 50-60 mm..
 
What colour mate? eibach and spax are red I think, apex are green, may narrow you're search? They could be older and well settled 30's??
 
Probably Apex 35mm drop, I've got the same. sits like that.

And probably he has camber adjusters, by the looks of it.

Apex springs are yellow.

ABP are red i have them, 30mm drop. Not very good pics to tell tbh, to hard to tell as they're all at an angle, you need to get some pics side on level with the car
 
The first pic looks like the rim is up in the arch a fair bit but as said the angle is a bit pants..
