Not really a How-To, more just a scan of the instructions.
Nothing more to add over these scans, it is exactly like it says.
Posting so someone contemplating buying these can see what is involved before shelling out the cash and also as a resource for anyone who buys them second hand and therefore might not have instructions.
Only thing I would add is that putting the front bumper back on, on your own is a bit tricky. I managed it, but almost rang a mate. Start at one corner and once it is hooked onto the clips start working your way round.
