How to remove seat covers, Civic EP3.

Grif, how did you get the lever handle off? Mines not moving, and don't really want to force it
 
They both should just pull off mate. My top one kept falling off so I glued it on, perhaps the same has been done to yours?

I would never attempt this as I know i'd screw it up haha! I took mine to be Valeted by Victor (no joke) 3 hours later and the seats look brand spanking :)

It's really easy mate, just a few bolts and clips, job done.
 
Thanks for the detailed pictures on this! Nobody else has done this on the internet - it might help if I decide to install heated seat elements! Hmm....!

You don't have to remove the covers to clean your seats though - however it is the proper way. I did mine like this (in the summer when they dry quicker!) and they came up as new:
