Interior dash light not working.

Hi All,

Hope someone can help me. Just picked my civic up on Saturday. Unfortunately I'm very fussy when it comes to my cars.
I've got a light out on my dash and would like to know how to relpace it.
It is the light as circled in red in the picture below. The lights on the 2 knobs below it works fine.

I would like to know have I got to take the entire console off or can I get to it with just the stereo removed?

Bloody big job just to replace a bulb!!!
