Dont know if you can but...

When you bookmark a website on your iPhone you can add it to your home screen.

On some sites when you do this it has its on icon. e.g Pistonheads has its piston/face thing.

Dont know how/who does this?...

ahhhh. cheers, never even noticed that before. notice sites such as google n apple all have logos. a TRO one would be sweeet :D

Hmmm. I have a 3G... The google and apple site logos work so suppose its still a feature on 3G :/.

Thats how i tried to do and just get a thumbnail of the actual page :(

I'm using the 3Gs, but that shouldn't be a problem

  • Open safari and type the website URL in the address bar

  • Press the + button at the bottom of the screen

  • Select add to home screen

  • Change the name so it looks neat and tidy on your phone

Ahh apologies.. Patience is a virtue:lol:

no 3G coverage so takes a few seconds to display the logo :rolleyes:
