Is this a problem?

Had my EP3 serviced at Honda between 6k to 7k miles ago (end of sept) and it was filled with 5w30 Total Ineo MC3. Just checked oil and virtually no oil in car.

I have put in 10w40 as only stuff I have, upto min level, as some oil better than no oil, and get some 5w40 tomorrow to fill it up to max.

Is this an issue if used this amout of oil?

Nope.. They can use upto 1ltr for 1000 miles dependent on driving style
I generally check oil when I fill her up

Ideally you don't want to mix, so at the earliest opportunity, get the oil changed.

These cars can burn oil very quickly if you use thin oil.
5w40 fully synth is best

Just to add I'd keep vtec to a minimum or not at all until you swap it out.
