I've looked and failed

I've taken the bottom of my rear seat out. Need to take the top parts out now. Where are the bolts? Its dark so that doesnt help, i've had a look but cant find a clear answer on forums.

Do i need to take trim off to get to them? or where are they :? :?

On the EP3 (not sure if EP1 is the same) you...

* Fold the left seat down.
* Remove the plastic trim.
* Remove the two bolts.
* To remove the seats, push / pull the seat left away from the center to release it, then do the same with the remaining seat.

The trim is kind of large...does it all have to come out?

no only the bit that covers the rear struts

I've taken them out now, was abit of a bugger to do but done it finally 8)
