K20/K24 Engine

You can do that fine, and make good power with quality bolt on mods. A decent header, filter and 70mm plus exhaust. A good map on K-Pro and you will get decent power and a huge torque increase. We are only going for the forged internals so we can build the motor to rev and so we can future proof the motor, incase I decide to take it further.

Not much point going k24 unless your doing something a bit "special" eh G;)
K24 is used a lot buying in sleaved blocks for turbo applications with forged internals so the rev. The block you want if your sourcing is the K24A2 which are like hens teeth in the UK.

If you want bigger capacity without the hastle of different mounts higher block, can't rev you use a K20 block and you can then go to about 2.3 and still rev it.

K20 head does fit fine onto a K24 and we have done a couple of big builds that rev to 9000+ but they do cost big money.
