It's so easy to do mate and rewarding, took me about 10-15 minutes to do both lights. I'll go and grab some pictures when it's dark, hopefully the light projection will be much clearer now.

Thanks! You have a battle of cleaning the paintwork up where I have the constant battle of keeping it

Yeah white is a nightmare, I've had to clean it every weekend since I bought it . Yours is lovely, CW and Night hawk black are the best 2 colours for a dc5 .

Agree'd lol I had the luxury of my girlfriend brother writing in the dirt on my bonnet the other week

Very nice! Looks great on those slipstreams too, Look to have a nice ET. How do you rate the ARC Air box?

Thanks, there 17x7.5 ET 45. I think I'm going to get them painted white when it's time for new tyres.

As for the induction i don't really have anything to compare it with, it sounds good and it's different but the replacement air filter elements are around £120 and you can only get them from Japan . I may swap it for a Tegiwa in the future but for now it does the job .

So some goodies have arrived over the last few days/weeks so i think I need to do an update.

First thing to arrive were climair wind deflectors via the group buy . I ordered dark tint so had to wait a little while for them, easy enough to fit and my windows are still operating correctly.

A carbon fibre bonnet and new rear Honda H badge were ordered too and arrived this week. I managed to get the rear badge on today and I'm hoping I can do the bonnet tomorrow providing the weather is okay. Here's the old badge compared to the new one.

Also managed to sort the radio out! The previous owner had been driving around without one for gods knows how long (listening to his iPod). So I decided to see why it wasn't working.
After taking the surround and the head unit out, it turned out that the Ariel wasn't plugged in to the back of the unit, because it didn't fit. A quick drive down to my local halfords (for once, the member of staff was actually very helpful and seemed to know what he was doing) I picked up the correct adaptor I needed to connect the stereo to the Ariel. Turned the unit on and the radio fired up straight away .

And finally, I managed to give the car a quick clean this evening after work.

So today involved a very deep clean of the teg Again.

The second time I've detailed it but this time a machine polisher was involved and there was 2 of us at it. Having 2 people doing the car makes things to much quicker!

So the car was snow foamed, washed, clayed, de tarred, machine polished, glazed and then waxed.

Didn't get too many pictures of before and after but here's a few.

Little update as I havnt posted on here in a while.

Picked up a tegiwa engine damper and brake stopper that I'll be fitting today. Then new discs, pads, braided hoses, ate super blue fluid and a new rear calipers.

Also picked up another set of rota Slipstreems in white with a set of toyo 888s on them. Much prefer the White on white!
