You replaced the Pre-cat sensor. So I doubt its the cat? I recently went through replacing mine. Even more costly as mines the JDM one and Honda needed to Order the part with added premium. Get yourself an OBDII reader for the sake of £30 and read the code yourself. If its 0067 then it is the pre-cat sensor... again.
turns out it was the cat,got a second hand one fitted yesterday so hopefully that sorts the problem! Just wondering, would having a faulty cat affect mpg/fuel consumption?
My engine management light came on today, I tried using a connector to self diagnose but couldn't get it to flash, this had me thinking it was fixed but I turned on the Engine and the light stayed on Its booked in this afternoon at a Honda Specialist in Lincoln for diagnostics. I know this is a bit of a Hijack but my water temperature currently won't go above a quarter as well and I was under the impression the needle should stay halfway up once the engine is hot? Does anybody have any clues on what all this could be? I'm think the ECT sensor but thats just an educated guess. Thanks.
