Lights not working

I think I have a loose connection with my electrics somewhere, both of my dipped beam lights are not working. I originally thought it was the bulbs, but i went over a harsh bump in the road last night and they flickered on??

Full beam and side lights work as normal.

Where should i try the connections first?

Any help appreciated.

i would check the plug connections on the bulbs first.

pre face headlights use an H4 bulb

Could also be faulty bulbs still and the harsh bump might have temporarily fused the blown filaments back together.

Other than that check the headlamp relay isn't loose.
