Apologies if this is come up before, or appeared somewhere else.

So I'm looking to but a Civic Type R EP3 and would like know a few things about them.

Just the normal things really;
What sort of MPG can they get? (Not the most important clearly)
What should I be looking for when buying a Type R? Any particular wear patches or noises?
Service costs for a year? Any faults that are common in the EP3's?
