Metal clanging noise?

Has anyone ever heard a metallic clanging noise when parked up after a drive? Seems to be intermittent and can't think of what it may be, sounds like its coming from the near side rear but I may be wrong.
 
Like an exhaust cooling down? Or rear brake calipers cooling and relaxing/releasing.
