mintex discs and pads

found these on ebay, mintex front and rear discs plus pads, has anyone used these before on their ep3? seems a good deal to me

The mintex pads are gash IMO. Squeel like feck.

I bought some kind of similar package in 2009. Mintex Pads & Discs. Couldnt really complain but wouldn't buy for a track car.
Have since bought brembo pads - on ebay and Jonny NoName discs and the brakes are better but that'll be the brembo pads. Discs are discs at the end of the day unless you start spending big money. I was talking to someone at Demon Tweeks once who reccomended "buying good pads and entry level discs and you should be OK"

Are Brembo pads as good as the standard Honda ones then? After my last MOT (last week), Ive been told I could do with replacing the brake pads all round. Trying to save money, and Honda have quoted me about £97 for pads for front and rear.
