mis-fire when hot??

Messages

i've got a strange problem, when i start my car in the morning its fine, runs good, does everything it should. but when i get to work about 15-20 mins away and stop the car then try and restart it i get a mis-fire. I'm not sure whats causing it but a mate suggested spark plugs might not be firing properly and leaving a small amount of fuel in the cylinder.

If i leave the car all day and start it up after work its fine again, its just if i stop it and start it straight away.

Any ideas?

My car is on 75k

Cheers

Sounds like a spark plug is on it's way out mate. If it's when it gets hot then can only really be a plug or a coil pack.
