Rough emery paper. A few pressured wipes of the pad surface. What has probably happened is that the brake pad has now got a hard glaze on the surface which would need to be removed. You will need to run the bedding in process again.

If you are running DS2500 pads, you must try to bed in as per procedure.

It should be here somewhere.

After I put the second shim on my ds2500, all squealing has gone! love it! cheers Mtailor for you advice throughout the process lol
