FN2 Missing panel

Hi all

My 2008 type r is missing the panel that covers the pedal assemblies (I'm assuming there is supposed to be one?)
Anyone know where I can pick one up? And any ideas as to why it has been removed? I'm guessing someone has been regularly greasing the clutch pedal to get rid of squeek and just couldn't be arsed to put it back on!
