Most quiet and best performing EP3 catback?

Today i bought a second hand Piper Catback which has a unsilenced B pipe. But i find it way to loud at low revs 1400-4500 rpm it has a real low bass/drone sound to it. I am thinking of selling it because it's too loud for me and i want another catback to replace this one.

What Catback exhaust has the best performance and has almost no sound till 4000 rpm +/-
I want a exhaust that makes stock sound or LITTLE louder than stock till 4000rpm and from 4000 it's oke when it sounds loud or sporty.

The catback i've found out to be quiet is the Tegiwa, but is this exhaust any good performance wise?

Haha! I think the tegiwa looks pretty good and from what i can hear on youtube the sound is good as well.

Any more options? Otherwise i think i'm going for the Tegiwa
 
I think i'm getting the Tegiwa because it's reasonably priced. What is the tegiwa catback system like at low RPM and idle?
