Mate as Nick says - Mugen don't do it in Carbon. Seibon make a Mugen Replica Spoiler - I think this is the one you may be talking about too - I'm also looking for one

meant to add - is it just a case of taping up the wires from the 3rd brakelight and tucking them away someplace?

Yeah its just a plastic connector, bit of insulation tape around it and push it into the hole it came from and jobs a good un!
