My Rotrex JDM K20A FD2 engine in stock form put out a max whp 494 with 324 ft/lb torque so a lot more to be made once oil pump is sorted no doubt!

You asked an oil question, I'd try the 10w50. Turbos tend to work better with the thicker oils. Higher temps and oil seals being the reasons. You could try a 10w40, if it's a little smokey or your catch can is filling up quicker than normal, move back to the 50.

With the forged engine running a 9:1 compression plus oil cooler 10w40 should be enough! But without data on oil temps when pushing hard it will be a guessing game! Winter time 10w40 will be fine as the air is cold but hot summer temps might be a problem when pushing hard specially on track and I would fit a fan to the oil cooler to be on the safe side!

From Rotherham mate, a fair distance. The car is an absolute animal, had to quieten for track. Can't wait but will definitely be a handful
Was also supposes to be going scs, but matt is taking the vxr now

Yea, the thing sounds amazing.looks great too.
If you got it for what it was advertised for imo it's a steal considering the work that's been put into it.

He bought that corsa back mate, after I bought ep3. Was a steal, had around 23k spent on it. Got it for a 3rd of that
