Thanks Darren4 for the comment, but i think its the clutch release bearing thats making that noise so will have to wait to get clutch changed but that is an expensive job so wont be any time soon.

had the rear ES engine mount fitted today at service and im surprised that it didnt give me the vibrations through the cabin that much, the front mount gave more!

that said its made a positive feeling through the car. good mod!

yeh feels insane after about 6000rpm! with the GRUPPE M on the way now too, im hoping to push 245bhp with a little more torque
