Need a new head-unit - Recommendations?

Im stuck on what to get TBH! :?

If you guys were looking at buying a new head-unit what would you recommend? As The one I have atm is complete penis.

Looking at spending £200+ maybe.

Alpine 9855r is nice but about £260

or you could go for the model down 9853r for £190

The only diference between the two is the display and they are meant to be very good units. They both play MP3's and have all the extras if you ever want to expand your system with an amp + sub(s) etc...

Have a look on www.caraudiodirect.co.uk or pop down to your local halfords and they should have them on display so you can have a play around with them before you buy.

I was actually looking at Alpine units on that website, they seem to have the best prices IMO.
