New Accord Type S

Had a brochure in the post today for the new Accord Type S, looks very good in white, and 180PS, the only thing is...... it's i-DTEC.... yes it's a diesel!
Probably about time Honda did a quick diesel with 1 in every 2 cars sold being diesel these days, however I'm not a fan personally, what's your thoughts?

Hate diesel, not convinced on the new Accord, the bodykit looks so cheap and horrible imo.

Mmmm the new Accord is monster BIG, I agree when I say the older style looked better especially the Euro R :twisted:

I had the old accord 2.4 type S petrol with the Honda Sports suspension upgrade fitted ( basically the euro accord R suspension ) and it suprised quite a few people I can tell ya. Able to keep up ( within 2 cars ) of a CTR up to about 135mph and 72mph in 2nd gear!! . Was a nice car.

Drove the new Accord Type S Diesel the other week at Rockingham ( Honda PRD thing ) and I must say it was quite nippy. Really enjoyed driving it but only thing is there pricing it a little high.

Nice mile muncher though with the added vest of a bit of punch.
