New Japspeed Mani Fitted with O2 Sensor Problems?

Basically I have fitted the new mani but the o2 sensor wire is so tight that if I go over a bump at any kind of speed it pops out...

Is there any way to rectify this, make wire longer some how?

Did you replace the ARB when you got the new manifold fitted ? I have a japspeed 421 ready to fit, also any noticeable difference when it is fitted in power torque etc ?
