Picked up my new car on sunday. Really enjoying it
Couple of pics from my dslr. Not very good at all :lol: Wouldve been better off using my iphone.
Anyway enough of the chit chat. On to the pictures.

Got some plans for it but will be quite a slow project.

Thanks. Ok spec. Well the parts i have found over the last couple of days.
Full mugen twinloop system.
Aem short ram intake
Lowered springs of some sort. Quite low.
Lowered drivers seatrail.

Little update. The car came with no headunit because the seller removed it before he sold it. Wasnt too bothered as it was a single din and i wanted a nice double din. So ordered one of these.
Poineer f900bt double din touch touch with sat nav and bluetooth.

Will get it fitted as soon as its so boring driving without any music lol.

Also have a Mfacotry final drive sitting ready to go on. 5.46 ratio. Should make a good difference

Cant wait to recieve it

Car is booked into honda for the start of next week for a check over and full service.
Then off to a honda spealist for a another check over and underseal.
Also will be stealing my brothers oem airbox with spoon drop in filter and sfs hose once he recieves his Arc intake.
Only for a short time till i save more money for my very own Arc intake. Just want to get the aem off as soon as i can.
Dont like the open cone filter intakes.

Little update. Being buying a few bits
Engine mount inserts and gearbox insert.
hsd coliovers.
ultra leds sidelights
hid direct 8k bulbs
eibach front camber bolts
d2 rear camber arms
also recieved my arc intake and elbow this week.
car will go into honda next week for mot and above parts fitted along with frsu
Should make a good improvement and the car will finally be sitting good.

8k bulbs. Now fitted. So much brighter and nice shade of blue

better picture took today after a wash.

I had my engine and gearbox mounts fitted at Honda while it was in for a mot.
No pictures but there is not much to see.
Goes away to a Honda specialist to get the coliovers fitted on
Wednesday.
Then fast road setup after that's done.
Ordered my new tyres. Federal rsr semi slicks. Mines are 215/45/17
Will fit these after I get my wheels refurbed.

Also got one of these. Buddyclub short shifter kit.

What colour would look best for my oem wheels? Thinking whitebut they might be hard o keep clean.
Black? White? Grey?

Once they are refurbed they will get the rs-r tyres fitted.
Colour for the new wheels.

Had my geo settings done. Feels alot better than before as more tyre is in contact when the road. had stupid amount of camber at the rear before. It was that bad my old tyres are like slicks on the inside :shock: :lol:
Will get it tweeked again after the wheels are back on and new tyres are on.
Picked a front lip up. Mugen style.

The car is going to get painted and get the front lip painted along with front bumper, bonnet, rear bumper with fog removed and spoiler painted - Soon
Got one of these on order.
Mfactory lsd with bearings.

Just need a new clutch and flywheel and i can get my gearbox rebuilt.

Car is finally booked in for gearbox at the start of month.
Got near enough everything needed apart from the fluid which has got lost in the post.

any worn parts to be renewed.

Had the geo settings done by progrip couple of weeks ago.

Got bought a toda manifold will get it heat wrapped and fitted when i get my exhaust.
Exhaust is meant to be with me within the next couple of weeks after 6 months :lol:
Also got a oem carbon spoiler but no pictures as the weather is sh*t.


So the box was built and am currently running in the clutch.
5.46 final drive is :twisted: Sit at 3k revs in 6th doing 50mph so not too bad.
Lsd feels really good aswel. Good improvment over standard.
Needed a new 3rd gear and 3-4 gear sync at the cost of £330.

Hi mate, that/that style Mugen lip is for a Facelift DC5. To make it work, the lip will require extensive-feature fcking modification - it's almost a pointless exercise as the lip looks nothing like it should do, once it's been modded to fit.

In fact it looks wack.

Had some bodywork done.
Mugen front lip, smoothed front bumper, offset front plate.
bonnet painted
bootlid painted
rear bumper and lip painted with rear fog removed.
Some pictures. My next thing to do is take a video of the car for you's now that i have my custom b pipe done.

Got a buddyclub earthing kit. steering bracket raiser and progress anti roll bar and brace to fit aswel.

Decided the regas would take too much to make work as the offset is abit low.
So brother is taking them for his ep3.
I just ordered these.

Nice updates on the car, got to hate gearbox rebuilds at times!! I think the enkeis will look really, really cool on, your black dc5 8) Also, that J's exhaust sounds awesome. Pretty sure that was the exhaust I heard on a members ep3 on a recent RR day. Ta fella.
