  • Bucket seats with ‘ears’ (as the Germans delightfully refer to them) are not allowed. Those are the seats with wrap-around head restraints.
  • The famous Hans device neck-restraint is also banned from public driving.
  • Roll cages with doorbars that restrict access are banned.
  • Roll cages must be padded. Not with proper FIA crash-absorbing materials. Nobody will check that. Just any old foam will do.
  • Aftermarket snap-off steering wheels are also verboten.
  • 250 euros drifting penalty

ahhh no dont say that..im building this car just for the ring..i literly just got the cage painted this week..omg im panicing now
 
Yes, from what I have read that would class I'm afraid.

I think you would also have problems with your canards and front splitter.
 
ye i was reading that about the canards alrite..im not using the splitter now but omg my whole car is ring illegal..haha
 
The new rules only apply to public days as far as I'm aware so you may well be OK on the organised track days.
 
i mite take these bars out.as the others dont restrict getting in and out...ill bring the grinder with me and if its a problem ill cut the thing to bits..ahhaha

here is abit more info on this,,,, on bridge to gantry website the admin reckon the door bars are only an issue if its above the height of the steering wheel. strange i know but he works for one the rental companys hed prob have a good idea
