oil leak after service

Hi guys

Do civics leak oil after a service as mine is doing it now, either sump plug or oil filter cant quite tell. Or if theres to much oil will it be forced out when the pressure is up?

Oil filter could be too loose or too tight. Mine leaked a touch as I'd over tightened it. See where it's leaking from first. Have a look under the car and back f engine and look at sump plug feel for drops of oil on your finger etc.

Right will get up on the ramp at work, im a detailer for mazda so has its perks

Did you use a new washer on the sump plug when the oil change was done?

Also, did you run a bit of the clean oil around the filter seal before fitting?

One of the mechanics did it will get it looked at tomorrow, yeah new washer on sump ect

might just be old oil dripping from around the oil filter , if it wasnt cleaned up properly , give it a good wipe and then check for leaks .
