hey folks looking for oil recommendations and quantity

having came from subarus ive always used 4.8 LITRES AND MOTUL 10W 50

what are your recommendations

Any semi or fully synthetic.

10w40 or 5w40

Personally I use shell Helix Ultra, mainly because I get it cheap.
