I put Castrol edge 5/40 in my fn2 but Tegiwa do a Honda oil 5/40 cheaper which is best I'm confused as I try to use all original Honda parts

On the whole 5w40 fully synthetic will be fine. Just go with whatever is cheapest.
 
I just had my fn2 serviced at TGM sport who are well renowned and they use Shell helix ultra 5w40 fully synthetic. Previously i had 0w30 fully synthetic.
