Options/Upgrades without changing the standard Head-unit

Hi all , Im looking to either use my iPhone or Usb stick to play music in the car, is there a simple upgrade to convert the standard setup to be able to acomadate this.

Seen these but there not the best looking, just wonder on how others have got around this to keep things looking standard. Cars got Hondas bluetooth system fitted which connects to my phone but won't play soundcloud for example only calls and so on. Thank you
