You can have the FRSU done on the OEM springs but I use Eibach Pro-kit and they have been great on road and track.

Looking to move to coilovers soon though.

It sounds like most people either go for Eiback pro kit which is -15mm, or eibach sportlines at -30mm. Spoon springs are around -15/20mm I think, the claim it's the best, and I'd be willing to trust thier judgement. I'm going -30mm, just because, but I'm expecting to have trouble with speedbumps and multi story carparks.

Sportlines are 45-50mm front/30mm rear...... its the Eibach ABP's which are 30mm front and rear




As said previously... there isnt a perfect drop for FRSU, a FRSU can be done on a standard car (with camber arms and bolts), so its really down to your personal preference as to how low you want it to be sitting.

Ah, well I just ordered some sportlines thinking they were -30mm all round.
