Power Washer

Anyone know of any good deals on a decent PWasher ?

Gonna try my hand at snow foaming see what all the hype is about

Cheers

Ive got a Karcher, and I bought the snowfoam attachment. Think all in it cost about £120. But you will find you will use the pressure washer for loads more jobs than just washing the car.

Either or pal. I doubt you would notice any difference.

Mine is ancient, they have stopped making it now by the looks of it, as I cant find it on the Karcher website. Had it for about 6 years and its still going strong.

The nilfisk c110 is a good buy, that's what I keep in the van for mobile stuff. The advantage with nilfisk over the lower end karchers is that they have brass/metal internals, the lower end karchers have turned to plastics over the last couple of years, which can split in winter which you don't want.
My C110 has been in the van for 18 months, had water in it through the winter and has even had to be thawed out before doing some jobs through some harsh spells, but still pumping away :)

Is the Nilfisk able to be plugged into a water butt like the Karcher?

All pressure washers will draw from a water butt, even if they do not state it, the higher the wattage, the easier they will draw... At the end of the day, some people get really bad water pressure from their direct supply, as I've witnessed time and time again, so a water butt filled, would probably give better pressure :)
