EP3 Problems starting the EP3

Hi folks,

Not sure what’s going on with my EP3 right now, for some reason the car just won’t start sometime, there seems to be no power in the battery yet it’s fully charged and putting out 13,8v when running, when I turn the key the car has no power and just clicks, not even any lights on dash or interior light , then for no reason i try it again and it starts ok but my radio has reset like the battery has been disconnected, strange and don’t know why, any ideas ????

I would start by,

Checking the earth connections
Check for loose connections on the battery terminals
Replace battery

My guess would be a corroded earth connection.
