Depends what you mean by fastest, as above the CPL cars are very quick on a drag strip, but equally they'd be destroyed around a track by cars which are track focused.

As said before depends if its in a straight line, or round some bends, as its very hard to get a car set up to be good at both,

then it would also depend on driver too if it was a race around a track

DMF has probably got the fastest one in a straight line. There's a few CTRs that will hit the limiter in 6th, DMF has a longer gearset so he will be able to go quicker.
