EP3 Quiet exhaust options...

The mild steel b-pipe will probably only be guaranteed for 12 months, whereas a stainless one will go on forever.

You always have the problem of rust/corrosion on a mild steel one.
But then again I've just taken my original 8yr old system off my FN2 and it was fine

Stainless is more prone to cracking on the welds/flanges though, mild isn't, my aunts man builds high end exhausts for Jaguars, he uses mild, Stainless and Inconel if its specified for a Race application, each of the materials all have their pro's and cons, mild is less prone to cracking but prone to corrosion, stainless is the opposite, inconel's pro's are its lighter but is its a lot more expensive.
