Race prep'd DC2 Type r

i got rid of my skyline to buy a affordable race car and ended up with a stripped out itr dc2 with solid mounts alloy rad coilovers 6 pots ect ! now ive put a cage in

now im really happy with the car its goes and handles superb BUT im concerned aboiut spares cost , like if it needs a gearbox in the future ect boxes seem really exspensive s.h like £600+ is this real or are there cheaper ones or is it better to get them rebuilt ?

There are some good Honda specialists around who can source parts pretty cheaply so its always worth contacting them in the first instance.

Good idea mate, i also stepped down for a reasonable track toy. like mentioned above, really liking the roll cage. just saving up for one, seeing yours makes me want mine now! lol

Right ive had a talk to myself lol and im keeping the car and jusst got a b20z1 lump to convert to vtec to get some more power out of it so ill start updating asap
