Rattle from under the car

My 52 plate CTR has a nasty rattle coming from underneath it between 2600rpm-2800rpm in all gears. Sounds like a bolt or something but it's doing my head in. Anyone had the same or know how to fix it?
It doesn't do it when not moving so I can't figure out where it's coming from.

Hmmm, I'll have to take a look at that.
What does it need usually, new bolts?? tightening of bolts?

Usually you just space the plastic I-VTEC cover up a bit with a few rubber washers underneath.

Might be the driveshaft heatshield mate.
