Rattle Video! Please help

I have the dreaded rattle, ive taken a video of it to see if anyone has any ideas.

ive so far removed the driveshaft heatshield, manifold heatshield and the vtec cover, any ideas??
 
right guys.. i know im sounding like a broken record, but this rattle is still there. I've now removed the driveshaft heatshield, the manifold heatshield, spaced my vtec cover and today had my valve clearances done. Rattle is still there, the valve clearance seems to have quietened it down a little at idle, but still persists. Any ideas what to try next?? i spoke to 3 mechanics today, 1 saying that it could be the valves overtime has made the top curved slightly and that the feeler gap should be slightly wider to compensate. I then spoke to 2 others who said it could be piston slap and also the oil hasn't been changed in around 25k miles, and they seemed to laugh at me and told me their first protocol would be to change it because it could have lost its viscosity. HELP!!
