Rattling rattling rattling... Please help if anyone has had a similar problem

Hi there. I have a civic type r 2003 plate and have spent ages fixing a wheel wobble as the dealer i bought it from has no idea how to balance wheels. I would say its about 95% better now as i took it somewhere else and paid out my own pocket. however there is now a rattle coming from the steering wheel at all times. and it is so annoying, if i apply pressure by pushing the steering wheel up or down while driving, it goes, but then soon as i stop applying pressuse, it starts again. same if i pull the horn away from the wheel with my fingers abit but have no idea what it is.. Any suggestions please and thank you

Sounds as though the wheel is loose. Can you wiggle it back and forth?
