Rear lower suspension bolt tensile strength

Usual suspects have seized so need to cut them off and replace with M10 bolts.

Would an 8.8 tensile strength bolt do from screwfix or should I use 10.5 from a specialist?
 
I'd go for the highest tensile strength, or better just buy new from Honda.
