FN2 Recall on wiring loom

I have just made an enquiry with Honda about a car that I am looking to buy and it appears that the wiring loom work has not yet been completed. Although the car is now out of warranty am I right in thinking that any Honda dealer will still do this work free of charge?

Yes the work shoud be carried out FoC as its a safety recall

Some dealerships didnt seem to know about it so take note of the bulletin number in the pictures loxy posted (page 2 IIRC)
