Definitely the all red mate!

That's what I'd go for, and a future plan for me, or might go for recaro pole positions (i think they're called) depending what route I go down with my ep3 when i get it.
 
I had the all red from a 30th anni in my EP3 but i'd probably choose the black and red prem seats as they hide marks a lot better. Lower seat rails are a must, the driving position is far better with them fitted.
 
I do like the red ones I saw them in a black ep3 and they looked so nice they stand out which is what I want them to do and as mine is black it will be all good
