Red Type r Mats

Yeah I had them in my old ctr and stupidly sold them with the car! Lee = a tit! Lol. Glad you got your car back ! :cool:

Nobody can say it better than that..... spot on rossy and just to confirm the colour match on the mats is not as good as the JDM's obviously but its a pass In my book...

You can't beat the real mccoy but the price is just to much for me :(
 
Well I'm still looking for one.. I would prefer one in red but they are rare and hard to get hold of, I thought grey with red interior would look :cool: however, I'm starting to think that an all red car with an all red interior might be a bit over the top.. Lol what do you think?
 
Mate.. Cosmic, Milano, Nighthawk Black, or Satin.. they're all gorgeous - and I personally would have no qualms with the exterior colour in contrast with the Red interior..

Personally, NHB IMO is hard to trump when minted.. which is why I have an nhb.. but they're all :cool:

i got grey with jdm carpet and mats and it does look :cool:
 
Yeah will look great. I have someone coming to look at my car on Friday. I'm not gonna get too excited as I have been let down twice now, once for insurance and one lost his job. Fingers crossed all works out lol. I'm looking forward to going ctr shopping though.. Then meeting you lot and finally putting names to faces :D I don't know wether to wait and get a red one or get grey again.. Hmmm decisions...
 
Get what you want no matter how hard it is to find, in the long run you'll be thankful that you did IMO
 
These mats are *no longer* available in Japan either now. So if you have some, keep hold of them!
 
Chuffed the dopey cnuts left mine in the boot when they took the car, mint as :cool: glad I managed to snaffle a set. Hard work sourcing a set as it is! :cool:

I tried dying mine black, but they were too thick and teh scotch stuff they put on them didnt help either :lol: .

Mine are more or less brand new, they should stay that way as I keep them covered with a transparent rubber mat purchased from Halfrauds.

I dont see the point of this though Stu, they're mats. This is what they are supposed to be used for.

Maybe if you get in with your boots on, full of mud a lot then maybe, but other than that I think mats on mats is a bit OTT.

Plus they are pretty hard wearing anyway, I used mine, rain and shine, leaves and muck, but they still looked good when I sold them. Apart from the failed rear black one.
 
I have seen them red replica ones on ebay, they look awful!

JDM mats is the only option

went to my local honda, said they are £54 for a full set but had none in stock to show me :rolleyes:
