No, you can't tell who clicked you.

If you look in your User CP it'll tell the thread and time you got the rep for, and a reason if the user put one in.

doesn't it? mine does...but that might be cause I'm admin :lol:
 
There is a setting to allow the registered user group to view who left reputation, but it will remain off.
