Starting to form on the driver's door sill/ ledge of my Civic (on the outer edge, not far from where the tyre spec sticker is). There seems to be a fine plastic coating on this. If I peel away part of the plastic to treat it it will look a bit grubby. Anyone had this problem? Is there a neater way to deal with this?
