FN2 satnav fn2 - steering buttons

Guys,
Been looking at purchasing a fn2 with sat nav.
One question - when I look at the pitures, one the left hand side of the steering wheel there are 2 buttons for the hands free telephone but in some pictures I can see 2 further button underneath the phone buttons.
Why some I can see and others I can't ? are they option extras for something else ?

There are 4 buttons on the left spoke and 2 on the right.

These are for the trip computer.

talk to car and go back one menu buttons - if the car if fitted with satnav, it will have these 2 buttons ? is that right ? if yes then why can't I see them in some of the pictures for some cars even though they got sat nav.

Some have HFT and some have SAT NAV + HFT. Mine has Sat Nav and Hands Free, so it has all the buttons. I'm assuming those that have Sat Nav and no HFT, if there is an option like that don't.

Mines factory fit Sat Nav, maybe others are after market?

look at this picture - cannot see the 2 buttons. what do you think.

They may well be obscured by the other. It has Sat Nav, as the Radio and dash are different to the non Sat Nav Versions.
