looking on ebay at a scorpion exhaust but it does not mention a new straight pipe just the back box, my type r is standard so will it be fine to just attach the back box onto the straight pipe?

if it been taken off a full system may differ , I would ask the seller if it was fitted to oem centre Pipe first
