Scorpion unsilenced B pipe

Looks great and bloody cheap. I was nearly gutted to have spent £150 on mine until I realised that it's only 2 inch diameter. Supersprint and Rob's (R8BYB) are 2.5 inches.

Rob's one is only £150, which is about £50 cheaper than Supersprint. I have one and it's well worth it if that's the noise you're going for.
 
Thanks Aleung2 will the pipe being 2" make much differance? if so do you know any s/sprint or r8byb pipe for sale? thanks
 
I can't comment on whether 2" and 2.5" will make much difference but in my opinion the extra £50 for a 2.5" is worth it especially given that it's still cheap compared to the Supersprint. Do a search for r8byb on here and pm him, that's what I did.

If you Google the same on youtube you'll find quite a few to demonstrate the sound with OEM backbox.

He restarted late last year, pretty certain he's still making them

Sounds very good mate. Nice video too, I like the way there's a good variation of driving in there, so it's easier to determine what everyday driving noise is like.
 
I knew you upgraded it.....have you any videos of the same format (strapped to back of the car) of the Legalis R? That would have been my after market exhaust of choice if I had the budget to do so.
 
yeah but can't access youtube at work so i'll post it up tonight. The video of my Legalis-R isn't as good for sound as when i started the engine you can hear the recording knock the volume down as it struggled to cope with the deeper rumble.

Its in my build thread somewhere

Like I said before this video doesn't really do it any justice IMO when I started the car you can hear the sound get turned down by the software (I edited that part out so isn't shown on the video)

Not sure if you have brought this or not already but i had this on my old ep3 type r and it does not mate with the standard backbox properly and puts it at an angle i had to get the standard backbox modified to fit ( but and re weilded in line)
