Seized bottom strut bolt

I have spent most of the day trying to loosen the bolt going through the bottom of the strut. It's completely seized.
Soaked it in wd-40 and used large breaker bars with my full weight on it. Tried heating it with a blow torch for a couple of minutes and then used the bar again, with no luck!
Any ideas or help?

Tried shocking it? Knock it with a hammer a bit, over tighten before going back the other way etc.

You probably have if you've tried all the above...

Not really tried shocking it. Only got a boy sized hammer lol. Picking up a man sized one tomorrow so hopefully that will do the trick. Cheers
