personal choice. Some dealers offer this free check, but all they do is check the fluid levels and wipe the car over with an oily rag

I took my EP3 back for this check, but I did not bother with my FN2. Keep an eye on the oil though over the first 1-2k, as mine used about 1/2 litre but has used none since in 8k

It's good practice to get the oil changed after the first 1000 miles.
